I have a damn long list of bookmarked websites. However, there are only few that i consume frequently. They are:

Tumblr

Tumblr is website for the user share their posts. It's slightly different with ordinary blogging websites. It's similar to twitter and blogger...You share a post, tumblr will automatically attached it with further info...for instant...i share a song...then it'll automatically attached with singer album cover..etc...It a site for me to share some short post...my daily thoughts...Twitter limited 140 words while Tumblr doesn't. That's why i consume Tumblr more than twitter.

A page for me to share some long posts...a more serious stuff...some poems...

 Urhm...i dun think i have explain why i bookmarked it, right?

LastFm

 A cool site for me to find new songs. It is largest music web-page which allows me to know when my favourite singers have new album releasing..when they gonna have tour to Malaysia.. It updated with latest trend of music...and all genre of popular artists/ The other reason that make me surf this webpage , it let you know similar artist to whom you like...like i like Lunatica, it'll tell you which group of artist similar with Lunatica..

Live365

 A online internet radios station. There are variety of online broadcasting radios. If today i'm in the mood of listen to Christian songs...there are a long listed christian radio stations for me to choose.

Youtube

 If Live365 is for me to listen to music...Youtube absolutely the best choice for me to watch trailers, music videos, shows and etc.

Hotmail

 Hotmail. My only and i feel thant it's the best choice of internet mailing device.

StumbleUpon

 StumbleUpon is a webpage allow me to browse to many webpages in one click. Firstly, you set your interests in your profile. then, the system will randomly load resources similar to your interest...for example, i set my interests, music, photography, and movie...then it'll browse you some webpages that shared by other users...such as a movie trailer, a list of songs..if u dun like the page, u just hv to click the button 'stumble', it'll load another page...it's a good and unique helpful website.

These advertisements are talking about family.

I know, maybe it's a lame topic.

but, forever and ever, it able to touch your heart easily.

The first video, the father fetching his daughter to school by bicycle.

No matter how old he is, how heavy his daughter is ....he still insist....

his father looks quiet, but he shows his love through what he has done for his daughter,

the golden phrase in it:'也许，他怕我忘了回家的路.'

Yea, family always there whenever we are hurt, depress or lonely,

Home is the only place which always welcome us with open door.

The second clip is also touched. Father is poor. He couldn't give his daughter much.

Yet, he give all his love to his daugther. Patient, though his daughter's attitude is wrong. 

I was touched, when the girl said:'My father is generous beyond his need, but the greatest gift that he give me...is love".

Do you notice while you watching the video. There is only one room in that unit. The father 

choose to sleep outside. Give the only room to his daughter. Do you notice? On the shoes rack,

his father has only one pair of shoes...pair of old shoe..while his daughter has many pairs of new shoes. 

The thrid video is kinda contrast with the second video, the father love his son too.

Yet, he used tough way to raise his son.

There are some misunderstanding between him and his son. I cried like hell.

when he said :'I want more time. Time to tell my son, i love him more than anything. Time  to understand him better. Time to listen to his opinions. Time to talk to him. Listen to his songs. Time to tell him that i'm sorry. Time to do what i've never done. Time to take better care of him. Time to love him more"

Omg, i think these sentences are really good. We always didn't notice what we have,

and what we are about lost. We always regret when things gone.  In the clip, can you see the guitar on the desk...which stick with tapes?? It's the guitar his son threw on floor on that day his son left him. He stick back the broken guitar....like how he want to stick back the broken crack of their relationship....

The last video. the golden phare :"i hope they can meet whom beautifully imperfect".

Yea...no one is perfect, right? but those we love, who are imperfect, always come along with things we can forget...like..their love, their cares for us....

Pulau Ketam ， 2009年5月2日：风景如画的渔村岛 Pulau Ketam 是典型的华人村庄。有乡村咖啡店，寺庙和嘈杂的麻将馆。与其他华人村庄不同的是，
流浪狗在这受欢迎的旅游景点里失踪了。在这美丽的照片后面，有着不为人知的秘密。


村民将所有的流浪狗集中在一起，然后的把它们运送去一个荒岛。这不是一个普通的荒岛，这是一个根本不适合居住的荒岛，所有在那里
的生物都面临着死亡的威胁。我们目前正在作出努力以阻止邻近的村庄SG Lima的人们将更多的流浪狗驱逐到这个岛上。

可是，已经被驱逐了的狗却又如何呢

我会见了当地的村长，当我知道他们甚至不考虑这些不幸的狗狗的生死时，我感觉到非常的震惊。他们只是在意他们该如何将这些流浪狗的
问题转移到另一个岛屿，之后的一切就什么，狗儿们的生死都不管了。。我恳求他带我到岛上去看看这些他们丢弃的狗。令人惊讶的，
他同意了。。我们也得知在我们之前并没有任何的拯救行动。


我和好友 Daniel Tang 以及 来自 Furry Friends Farm 的 Sabrina Yap 一起踏上这个在马六甲海峡附近的“狗岛”的侦查之旅。。

一位来自巴生的 Blogger “Birds Talking" 因为临时生病了所以无法出席。

我们租一艘船来去那个岛，一开始的时候，我以为我们只会看到骨骼和壳。因为这里的环境实在是太恶劣了。这里充满了很多的毒蛇，

任何没有防备的外来者将会变成它们的食物。这里也有许多会让你没顶的泥沼。。

已经接近岛屿了，可以看到一只老鹰在空中飞过。。

第一个发现。这是我们的第一个希望。 可怜的它是多么的骨瘦如柴。然而，当它看见我们时，它依然努力的摇动它无力的尾巴。

心碎。看到这个被遗弃的小狗带着悲哀的表情坐在一根树枝上时，我觉得非常的心酸，这更使我下定决心要和Sabrina他们一起将所有在这个岛上的狗全部救出来。

人为的悲剧。据当地渔民所说，这些狗儿在无法忍受的饥饿后，只好开始吃自己饿死同伴的尸体。它们是如此的绝望，

依然饥饿的它们游到附近的 Kelong.可是却只能人赶走。有些比较弱小的甚至还溺死于水中。我们向居住在附近Kelong
一对印尼工人夫妇寻求协助。他们尝试用饲料来做引诱，将这些流浪狗带回来。我开始想办法在这个岛上特定的地点为这些
流浪狗提供粮食。我希望能在当地的树林专家协助下，进入内部的岛屿，以评估剩下流浪狗的生存数量，以及确定岛屿的情况。
由于岛屿是非常的偏远，救援任务是将会是一个很大的考验。

正如Sabrina紧握她的手在祈祷一样，看到了这么悲惨的一幕之后，我觉得我也需要一些祈祷。这张照片是我刚下船，
从陷入泥沼死里逃生后在树林中所拍的。经过一番挣扎后，我的身体被树枝割伤以及擦伤了。。可是，我所受的伤又
怎么能跟这些狗儿们所受的伤害相比呢？它们可是天天都要经历这些伤害的啊。这也提醒了我以后在这项任务中所会面对到的困难与挑战。


一位幸运着。我们的印尼助手在经历过许多恶劣的考验后，成功救出了一只狗。

获救的狗在Sabrina的手中踏上给兽医治疗的安全旅程。

时间已经不多了，我们下次再来的时候看到的可能只剩下骨头和残壳。。

由于这里是一个旅游区，在这里租船是非常的昂贵的。这一趟的旅程已经花了我几百元的船租，获救的狗并不能透过普通的ferries 运输，
也几乎没有人会施以援手而不收费。虽然，这是可以理解的。 

当地人对有人要收留他们所遗弃的动物而表示怀疑。与其要我指责他们，我们更希望的是得到他们的合作来帮助这些不幸的动物。
在这个过程中，我们也希望能灌输这些岛民更好对待动物的方式，我们必须得到他们的信任，否则这一切将会是个不可能完成的任务。

如果您无法直接帮助，请将此文章转发给任何一位有同情心并能做出一些捐款的人。我们需要一笔资金。。除了船租，
 我们还需要钱来买笼子，以及支付将这些狗从树林中带出来的人的工资，以及送它们到动物兽医诊所的运输费。。诊疗费，痊愈了的，
我们也需要钱来提供粮食和居住的环境。

我一向热爱狗，但先别计较它们是狗还是我不怎么有好感的猫，

它们，在科学论叫做生物，哲学论里叫做生命，

但，我们，同样是地球上的生物，一样有生命的‘人类’，

都爱叫它们‘畜牲’.

人性，真的每况愈下了吗？

对付流浪的动物，

遗弃，成了唯一的出口了？

说真的，以前我觉得人道毁灭，

太不人道，

现在，我宁愿你们让它们安乐死，

好过把它们乱丢在这么恶劣的环境下，

让它们为了生存多一天，

做出无为的垂死挣扎.

但，

我早该懂，

我早该习惯，

每天新闻的报道，

不已经把人性解剖的清清楚楚了吗？

连自己“人”都可以伤害，遗弃，

我又如何强求他们对小动物多点爱心？

无奈又如何？

-你要知道的一些事-

1. 起床先疊被
人體本身— 也是一個污染源。在一夜的睡眠中，人體的皮膚會排出大量水蒸氣，使被子不同程度地受潮。人的呼吸和分佈全身的毛孔排出的化學物質有145種，從汗液中蒸發的化學物質有 151種。被子吸收或吸附水分和氣體，如不讓其散發出去，起床就立即疊被，易使被子受潮及受化學物質污染。

2.生活常識.......
水果常常會腐爛 , 人們就用刀把腐爛部分挖掉, 把剩下沒有腐爛的部分趕快吃了。其實﹐這是錯誤的。因為盡管剩下的未腐爛﹐但其中大部分已被微生物代謝過程中產生的有害物質侵蝕 , 特別是真菌在水果上繁殖加快 , 有部分真菌在繁殖的過程中會產生有毒物質。
這些有毒物質可以從腐爛部分通過果汁向未腐爛部分擴散﹐使未腐爛部分同腐爛部分含同樣微生物代謝物﹐尤其是真菌毒素 , 有些會致癌。

3.不吃早餐
不吃早餐的人通常飲食無規律，容易感到疲倦，頭暈無力，天長日久會造成營養不良、貧血、抵抗力降低，並會產生胰、膽結石。

4. 飯後鬆褲帶
可使腹腔內壓下降，消化器官的活動與韌帶的負荷量增加，從而促使腸子蠕動加劇，易發生腸扭轉，使人腹脹、腹痛、嘔吐，還容易患胃下垂等病。

5. 飯後即睡
會使大腦的血液流向胃部，由於血壓降低，大腦的供氧量也隨之減少，造成飯後極度疲倦，易引起心口灼熱及消化不良，還會發胖。如果血液原已有供應不足的情況，飯後倒下便睡，這種靜止不動的狀態，極易招致中風。

6.飽食
容易引起記憶力下降，思維遲鈍，注意力不集中，應變能力減弱。經常飽食，尤其是過飽的晚餐，因熱量攝入太多，會使體內脂肪過剩，血脂增高，導致腦動脈粥樣硬化。還會引起一種叫' 纖維芽細胞生長因數' 的物質，在大腦中數以萬倍增長，這是一種促使動脈硬化的蛋白質。腦動脈硬化的結果會導致大腦缺氧和缺乏營養，影響腦細胞的新陳代謝。經常飽食，還會誘發膽結石、膽囊炎、糖尿病等疾病，使人未老先衰，壽命縮短。

7. 空腹吃糖
越來越多的證據表明，空腹吃糖的嗜好時間越長，對各種蛋白質吸收的損傷程度越重。由於蛋白質是生命活動的基礎，因而長期的空腹吃糖，更會影響人體各種正常機能，使人體變得衰弱以致縮短壽命。

8. 吃太鹹的食物
鈉在人體內滯留，容易形成或加重高血壓和心臟病。

9. 留鬍子
鬍子吸附有害物質。當人吸氣時，被吸附在鬍子上的有害物質就可能被吸入呼吸道。對留有鬍子的人吸入空氣成分進行的定量分析，發現吸進的空氣中含有幾十種有害物質，包括酚、甲苯、丙酮、異戊問二烯等多種致癌物，留鬍子的人吸入的空氣污染指數是普通空氣的 4． 2 倍。如果下巴有鬍子，又留八字鬍，污染指數可高達7.2倍。加上抽煙等因素，污染指數將高達普通空氣的 50倍。

10.蹺二郎腿
會使腿部血流不暢，影響健康。如果是靜脈瘤、關節炎、神經痛、靜脈血栓患者，蹺腿會使病情更加嚴重。尤其是腿長的人或孕婦，很容易得靜脈血栓。

11. 瞇眼看東西、揉擦眼睛
眼角易出現魚尾狀皺紋。習慣性瞇眼還可使眼肌疲勞、眼花頭疼。揉眼時，病菌會由手部傳染眼睛，導致發炎、睫毛折斷或脫落。

12. 強忍小便
有可能造成急性膀胱炎，出現尿頻、尿疼、小腹脹疼等症狀。美國科學家發佈的一份研究報告指出，有憋尿習慣的人患膀胱癌的可能性比一般人高5 倍。憋尿時，膀胱貯存的尿液不能及時排出，形成人為的尿瀦留。如經常憋尿，就會使括約肌和逼尿肌常常處於緊張狀態；如果憋尿時間過長，膀胱內尿量不斷增加，還會使內壓逐漸升高，時間長了就會發生膀胱頸受阻症狀，造成排尿困難、不暢，或漏尿、尿失禁等毛病。在尿瀦留時還易引起並發感染和結石，嚴重時還影響腎功能。

13.伏案午睡
一般人在伏案午睡後會出現暫時性的視力模糊，原因就是眼球受到壓迫，引起角膜變形、弧度改變造成的。倘若每天都壓迫眼球，會造成眼壓過高，長此下去視力就會受到損害 。

14. 俯睡
使脊柱彎曲，增加肌肉及韌帶的壓力，使人在睡覺時仍然得不到休息。此外，還會增加胸部、心臟、肺部及面部的壓力，導致睡醒後面部浮腫，眼睛出現血絲。

15.睡前不洗臉
留在臉上的化妝品不洗掉，會引起粉刺和針眼之類的炎症，還能使眼睛發炎，引起皮膚過敏反應。

16.睡前不刷牙
睡前刷牙比起床後刷牙更重要，這是因為遺留在口腔中和牙齒上的細菌、殘留物等，在夜間對牙齒、牙齡有較強的腐蝕作用。

17. 睡懶覺
使大腦皮層抑制時間過長，天長日久，可引起一定程度人為的大腦功能障礙，導致理解力和記憶力減退，還會使免疫功能下降，擾亂肌體的生物節律，使人懶散，產生惰性，同時對肌肉、關節和泌尿系統也不利。另外，血液循環不暢，全身的營養輸送不及時，還會影響新陳代謝。由於夜間關閉門窗睡覺，早晨室內空氣混濁，戀床很容易造成感 ? _、咳嗽等呼吸系統疾病的發生。

18.熱水沐浴時間過長
在自來水中，氯仿和三氯化烯是水中容易揮發的有害物質，由於在冰浴時水滴有更多的氯和空氣接觸，從而使這兩種有害物質釋放很多。資料顯示，若用熱水盆浴，只有25 ％的氯仿和40 ％的三氯化烯釋放到空氣中；而用熱水沐浴，釋放到空氣中的氯仿就要達到50％，三氯化烯高達 80％C 。

19. 賭博行為
賭博之所以有害於一個人的身心健康，是因為賭博本身是一種強烈刺激，長期進行賭博，可使中樞神經系統長期處於高度緊張狀態，容易引起激素分泌增加，血管收縮，血壓升高，心跳和呼吸加快等，會增加心血管疾病的發病率，還會患消化性潰瘍和緊張性頭疼。

20.生活過度緊張
從事腦力勞動和做生意的一些中青年人，他們的生命機器在整日超負荷運轉，由於他們在心理上的競爭欲強，在生理和心理方面皆承受著巨大的壓力。過度的腦力和體力勞動後，隨之而來的是抗疲勞和防病能力的減弱，進而可能引發多種疾病。

21.喝完牛奶要馬上喝白開水
奶類製品要一口氣喝完，不能一口一口慢慢喝，而且喝完要馬上喝白開水沖掉附在喉嚨上的牛奶，原因奶類含某種酵素(or 脢)，會讓喉嚨黏膜乾燥或帶走黏膜) ，黏膜無法保護喉嚨，產生不適。
牛奶宜晚上喝，不宜早晨喝，更不宜空腹喝。牛奶裡含有使人產生疲倦感的 L色氨酸和有鎮定作用的嗎啡物質，早晨喝牛奶，勢必影響工作和學習。因為空腹吃東西腸蠕動很快，牛奶中的營養物質尚來不及消化﹒吸收，就排到大腸，造成浪費。
在喝牛奶的同時，不要再飲果汁、桔子汁等酸性飲料。因為牛奶中某些蛋白質遇到弱酸性飲料會形成凝塊，不利于消化，又影響營養成分的吸收。

22. 睡 眠長 開冷氣 可 致 不適
在連續八小時開冷氣的房間，早上睡醒時會出現鼻塞、流鼻涕、頭痛等「病態大廈綜合症」症狀，有醫學界建議使用冷氣機時可在窗口留一條縫，確保睡房的二氧化碳含量不會過高。睡房內的二氧化碳因空氣不流通而積聚過多，香港不少人睡醒後也會出現上述症狀，有時還會感到懨懨欲睡，不少人以為患上感冒到診所治理，但其實只要離開該個環境便會回復正常。

有很多的朋友，可是“看起来朋友很多，可是知心的没有几个”这句话很深刻的形容了双子。双子很能说话，他跟别人可以天南地北的聊，可以聊得很八卦，也会聊一些很严肃的话题。双子可以跟你聊很多东西，可是注意了，他都只是跟你聊一些不关自己的事。随便他跟你说些什么，可是跟自己有关的都只是些皮毛而已。比如，今天又有某个明星怎样怎样了；隔壁班有多少美女帅哥的。关于自己的事，他几乎是不说的，就算是说，也是说一些关于自己无关痛痒的事。当你想更进一步的了解双子，他会很自然的把话题给扯开。 

对于自信的双子来说，他又同时很没有安全感，这是双子特有的矛盾。他喜欢把自己重重包围住，不让自己暴露。对于双子来说，如果在一个还不了解的人面前把自己暴露了，就等于让别人抓住了自己的把柄。这样就失去了一定的优势。当双子感到独孤悲伤时，只会一个人躲在房间里哭，或者一个人郁闷着。 

双子也很怕被伤害，很多时候宁愿自己承受一切，也不愿别人抓住自己的把柄。所以久而久之也就养成了习惯。 双子基本上也是个很痛苦的人。表面上总是很有活力，很快乐的样子，可是没人的时候他又总是很忧伤。双子总会被一种莫名的悲伤笼罩。但他不会让别人发现的，他怕被伤害，也怕被别人抛弃，只能自己硬挺着一切。所以双子很神经质，精神脆弱，容易人格分裂，因为承受了太多的东西. 
一般来说双子的孩子都很早熟。双子对很多的东西都在乎得要命，可是表面上就是看起来什么都不在乎。双子并不是故意要掩饰自己，上面说了，这只是一种习惯了，可是在外人看来他就成了虚伪的人。 

双子是被公认的最花心、最冷酷无情的星座。其实对于双子的花心，真的不想再说些什么了。解释得太多，累了，也没耐心了。可是说起双子，就不得不提感情，双子这一生，似乎必须被感情牵伴，跟爱情纠缠一世。很多人说双子并不花心，只是博爱，所以才会有那么好的人缘。忘了在哪里看见了这样的一句话：双子最大的悲哀在于有两个人的思想，却只有一个人的身体，双子有爱自己所爱的人的权利，也有保护彼此所爱的人的义务，双子只剩下一个时，爱也就只剩下义务了。 
我想用如来若去说的一句话给双子的花心做个总结：花心的极端就是痴心的可怕。该懂的人应该会懂的。至于冷酷无情真的不知道该从何说起。其实双子是最平和的星座，如果可以不发生冲突，都会尽量避免。双子也很少跟别人吵架，他讨厌吵架，如果是因为一些生活琐碎小事吵架，那么双子就在吵完的那一刻就把这件事给忘了； 

要双子真的跟你翻脸，除非是你的所作所为或所说的话实在让双子不能忍受，这时他会很鄙视得看你一眼，然后头也不回地走掉，甚至会不给你留面子地离开。这时你一辈子也别想再和他和好了，就算有的双子碍于面子和你再成为朋友，但是他们已经对你鄙视到了极点，只不过维持着这一层不得不维持的“朋友”关系其实，很大一部分双子，对待感情是非常专一的，之所以给人留下花心的美名，是因为很少有人能够让略带童心的双子动真感情，不是双子铁石心肠，而是双子个性里面天生有一些忧郁，一些潜在的不自信，只是双子隐藏的深入，可是一旦让双子动了真感情，那么恭喜你了，双子的天真，率直，外加表达能力丰富，一定能让你获得很多快乐。 

每个双子都有一个故事隐藏在心里，多数是不堪回首的往事，双子是个念旧或者说是喜欢沉浸在回忆中的星座，他（她）的这个故事通常都是因情所困，动了感情而被伤害了的双子是脆弱的，也是坚强的，他（她）可以很快的振作起来，可以当什么事都没有发生，这些都是双子演给世人看的罢了，等到夜深人静的时候，双子内心的伤痛随着血液渗透到全身，他（她）可以一整夜的去回忆之前的点点滴滴，可以一整夜的沉浸在痛苦之中，可以一整夜坐在那里发呆，但是，一旦天亮了，要出去见人了，双子马上就从痛苦中抽身而走，你看到的肯定是一个神采奕奕的双子，这就是双子，拥有双重性格的双子，一个在世人面前乐天，快乐，在孤独夜晚独自伤悲的双子。 

双子的爱是最永恒的，可以付出一切，有人说我们花心，那时我们没有真正的爱，当双子爱上一个人的时候是痛苦的，因为我们太敏感。假如双子爱上了一个不爱自己的人，那莫我相信他永远都不会再爱了，当爱给过了一个人，他再也没有能力再付出了，其实太多的人都不懂我们，其实连我们自己都不懂自己，我们很会伪装，很会说谎，但我们最细腻，对感情最敏感，双子的爱与悲伤，谁又真的了解！

It is really such a good movie.

The movie actually is about a robot, Wall e.

The only robot left in earth, who in charge of clean the earth.

In the movie, earth is polluted and no one live here.

Human move to the space and live in a huge space ship.

No one care about earth.

One day,

wall e met with one robot, Eve.

Eve had sent to the earth to search for plant.

Wall E fall in love with Eve.

They started a romantic and warm story of robot.

It's really worth to spend your time to watch this movie.
